We are a well-established local, family owned and operated, self-storage business that has been serving Hamilton and the surrounding Bitterroot Valley area since 1997. Ernie and Myrna Buchholz opened our first Hamilton storage center in 1997 on the east side of Hamilton as Fairgrounds Road RV & Mini Storage at 537 N. Daly Avenue. We opened our second storage facility, Custom RV & Mini Storage, on the north side of Hamilton in two stages in 2014 and 2015, conveniently located just off US Highway 93 on the corner of Riverside Cutoff and Old Corvallis Road at 381 Old Corvallis Road. In 2017, we opened our third self-storage facility, Xtra Space RV & Mini Storage, on the north side of Hamilton at 350 Old Corvallis Road.
Together, our 3 convenient self-storage facilities operate as Hamilton’s Storage Center, providing a wide variety of storage unit sizes to meet your needs. All of our facilities are well lit, paved, built for ease of access to the units, and surrounded by security fencing with gated key pad controlled access 24 hours a day. Our two newest facilities, Custom RV & Mini Storage and Xtra Space RV & Mini Storage, are also monitored 24 hours a day with digital video surveillance. In addition, we conduct regular walk-throughs of each facility every day.
We offer a large variety of clean, safe and secure residential and business self-storage options to meet your needs. If you have only a few items to tuck away, our smaller 5’x10′ and 10’x10′ units are perfect. Do you need a place to park your boat, motorcycles and four wheelers, or store household items during construction or a move? Our 10’x 20′, 12’x23′, 12’ x 25’, or 12’x 30′ units should do the trick! We also offer secure RV storage in our extra-large 14’x45′ units that will fit nearly any motor home, trailer, boat, or multiple toy storage necessity. These 14’ x 45’ units are also in demand for large residential moving storage needs and used by contractors and other businesses as convenient shop and warehouse storage space. We also provide options for outdoor vehicle storage that you might want to explore.
Our new storage center Office for all 3 Hamilton self-storage facilities is conveniently located at our new Xtra Space RV & Mini Storage facility at 350 Old Corvallis Road. If you need a lock for your unit or some basic moving supplies, they are available for purchase in our Office. Our Office is a great place to meet to sign a lease, make payments, or stop by with questions. For your convenience, there is a secure well-marked Payment Drop Box located outside on the Office wall so you can quickly and easily make payments for units at any of our 3 facilities at any time without having to pay postage.
