Unit rent payments are due monthly on or before the date stated in your lease to avoid late charges.
Payments can be made in one of three convenient ways for unit leases at any of our 3 facilities:
- By US Mail to 350 Old Corvallis Road, Hamilton, MT 59840;
- Deposit in the Payment Drop Box located on the west outside wall of our Office at 350 Old Corvallis Road, Hamilton, MT; or
- Stop by our Office during normal business hours and leave with our staff, at 350 Old Corvallis Road, Hamilton, MT.
Please include your name, facility name and unit number with your payment.
We do not currently accept credit cards.
